General

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and will ask everyone to put away their devices when the ceremony begins.

Accessibility

The Davidson Events Center has an exterior accessible pathway from the parking lot to the rear of the building where the ceremony and reception will be held. Please let Alex know if you or someone in your party will need more assistance, as the venue has provided a golf cart to ferry those who cannot walk. Also, space can be reserved in the parking lot designated for the brides which is closer to the building. Please let Alex know if you have any other accessibility concerns.

Weather

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside in the garden behind the events center where the reception will be located. If there is precipitation the day of, the ceremony can be held in the reception hall or the venue can provide umbrellas, depending on how adventurous the brides feel.

Directions

The Davidson Events Center is the first building to the right upon entering the Botanic Garden. There is a parking lot across the street from the entrance for guests of the wedding. The small lot in front of the events center will be reserved for the brides, those helping set up, and guests with accessibility needs.
